Annual session of Shandong Provincial People’s Congress begins

　　The seventh session of the 13th Shandong Provincial People's Congress opened with Governor Zhou Naixiang's work report on the morning of Jan 23 in Jinan, capital of Shandong province.

　　The session will run for four and a half days and conclude on Jan 27. Its agenda mainly includes:

　　Hearing and deliberation of the work report of the Shandong Provincial People's Government;

　　Examination and approval of the execution of Shandong's 2021 economic and social development plan and the plan for 2022;

　　Examination and approval of the implementation of Shandong's budget plan for 2021 and its draft budget for 2022;

　　Hearing and deliberation of the work report of the Standing Committee of the Shandong People's Congress;

　　Hearing and deliberation of the work report of the Shandong Provincial Higher People's Court;

　　Hearing and deliberation of the work report of the People's Procuratorate of Shandong Province.
