9月30日，安哥拉莫希科省省长Ernesto Muangala一行到宁津县农机企业考察调研，先后走访山东金凤凰畜牧设备、鲁德隆机械等4家企业。
On September 30, Ernesto Muangala, Governor of Angola's Moxico Province, and his delegation conducted an inspection tour of agricultural machinery enterprises in Ningjin County. They visited four companies, including Shandong Jinfenghuang Animal Husbandry Equipment and Shandong Delong Machinery.

At the production workshop of Ningjin Luning Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd., the delegation observed the operational demonstrations of featured agricultural machinery such as small weeding machines. They repeatedly nodded in approval regarding the equipment's practicality and suitability for African agricultural contexts.
“没想到小县城能形成如此完备的农机产业生态。”在山东鲁德隆机械制造有限公司，Manuel Pedro接过总经理马阳阳递来的产品手册，仔细询问农用机械的适配性参数。当天，考察团先后参观了农用机械、畜牧设备等产品，对宁津农机的多样性、产品的实用性赞不绝口。
"I didn't expect such a small county to possess such a comprehensive agricultural machinery industrial ecosystem," remarked Manuel Pedro at Shandong Delong Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. Receiving the product brochure from General Manager Ma Yangyang, he inquired in detail about the adaptability parameters of the agricultural machinery. During the day, the delegation inspected products including agricultural machinery and animal husbandry equipment, praising the diversity of Ningjin's agricultural machinery and the practicality of its products.
考察背后，是宁津农机近年海外拓展的强劲势头。作为全国首个农机区域公用品牌诞生地，宁津自2024年10月推行“品牌+企业抱团出海”模式以来，外贸出口额已突破2亿元，产品远销俄罗斯、哈萨克斯坦等10余个国家。截至7月末，全县实现货物进出口总额34.6亿元，同比增长24.7%，其中出口30.9亿元，增长35.5%，其中农机产品出口贡献率逐年递增。
Behind this inspection lies the strong momentum of Ningjin's agricultural machinery sector in expanding overseas in recent years. As the birthplace of China's first regional public brand for agricultural machinery, Ningjin has seen its foreign trade export value exceed 200 million yuan since implementing the "brand + enterprise group-led global expansion" model in October 2024. Its products are now exported to more than 10 countries, including Russia and Kazakhstan. By the end of July, the total import and export value of goods in the county reached 3.46 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 24.7%. Exports amounted to 3.09 billion yuan, growing by 35.5%, with the contribution rate of agricultural machinery product exports increasing year by year.
近两年，宁津县推行“区域公用品牌+企业抱团出海”模式，2024年10月发布全国首个农机区域公用品牌，全县400多家农机企业抱团发展，积极寻求海外订单。今年9月份，宁津农机协会在哥伦比亚和智利分别举办了“宁津农机”品牌推介会，设置9平方米的“宁津农机专区”，展区内陈列了多款具有代表性的宁津农机产品，这些产品以其先进的技术、可靠的质量和人性化的设计，吸引了众多农业从业者和采购商的目光，并与哥伦比亚贸易部、农业部，以及当地农机企业、经销企业代表座谈交流，企业代表详细介绍了宁津农机优势与发展创新成果，受到了当地农机企业及经销企业的认可。
In recent years, Ningjin County has implemented the "regional public brand + enterprise group-led global expansion" model. In October 2024, it launched the nation's first regional public brand for agricultural machinery. Now, over 400 agricultural machinery enterprises in the county are collaborating for development and actively seeking overseas orders. In September this year, the Ningjin Agricultural Machinery Association held "Ningjin Agricultural Machinery" brand promotion events in Colombia and Chile. A 9-square-meter "Ningjin Agricultural Machinery Zone" was set up, displaying multiple representative Ningjin agricultural machinery products. These products, with their advanced technology, reliable quality, and user-friendly design, attracted the attention of numerous agricultural practitioners and purchasers. The delegation also held meetings and exchanges with representatives from the Colombian Ministry of Trade, Ministry of Agriculture, as well as local agricultural machinery enterprises and distributors. Enterprise representatives detailed the advantages, development, and innovative achievements of Ningjin agricultural machinery, gaining recognition from the local agricultural machinery enterprises and distributors.
此次考察更凸显中非农业合作的深厚基础，据悉，宁津县曾组织9家农机企业赴卢旺达、坦桑尼亚开展对接，当地对其设备的适配性给予高度认可。“宁津农机的性价比和针对性，正是安哥拉实现农业现代化的关键助力。”Ernesto Muangala在表示，愿推动莫希科省与宁津建立农机采购及技术培训长效合作机制。
This inspection further highlights the solid foundation of Sino-African agricultural cooperation. It is reported that Ningjin County previously organized nine agricultural machinery enterprises for match-making activities in Rwanda and Tanzania, where their equipment's suitability was highly recognized. "The cost-effectiveness and targeted applicability of Ningjin agricultural machinery are key assists for Angola in achieving agricultural modernization," stated Ernesto Muangala. He expressed willingness to promote the establishment of a long-term cooperation mechanism for agricultural machinery procurement and technical training between Moxico Province and Ningjin.

"This is a crucial step for 'Ningjin Agricultural Machinery' to break into the African market," said Yang Meng, Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and Director of the Ningjin County Agricultural Machinery Promotion Center, who accompanied the inspection. "Next, we will further guide Ningjin agricultural machinery enterprises to participate as a group in domestic and international exhibitions, actively engage with foreign trade platforms, and sign overseas market cooperation agreements with cross-border e-commerce platforms.
