High-end intelligent manufacturing industry: In the future, Dezhou will accelerate the upgrade of intelligent manufacturing,vigorously develop intelligent manufacturing equipment and products, and build national important high-end intelligent manufacturing bases. Dezhou will give priority to introducing intelligent equipment producers mainly in such areas as numerically-controlled machine tools and accessories, industrial robotics and emergency rescue equipment; intelligent complete equipment core technologies and investment partners mainly in such areas as engineering machinery, agricultural machinery and equipment, petroleum equipment, intelligent elevator, central air conditioner and ground source heat pump, and energy-saving and environmentally-friendly equipment; famous NEV manufacturers; and domestic and overseas cutting-edge technologies and manufactures mainly in such areas as vehicle and ship components and parts, rail transit, and high-end hardware.
New infrastructure: Priorities are given to such emerging areas as IC, bigdata, AI and blockchain. Dezhou will accelerate the construction and application of 5G, data centers and industrial Internet; vigorously development enterprises in the field of industrial Internet, keep improving the construction of urban information infrastructure, and build urban bigdata centers. At the same time, it will develop green energy, speed up the construction of key transportation infrastructure, and attach special emphasis to such fields as ultra-high voltage, transportation, NEV charging piles and information infrastructure. Medicines and health care: Dezhou is making proactive plans in the post-epidemic 5G + smart health care market. This April Dezhou signed a strategic cooperation agreement with We Doctor Group to joint build Dezhou Greater Health and Medicines Transaction Platform. Assa Abloy Guoqiang (Shandong) Hardware Technology Co.,Ltd. Elitex (Dezhou) Co., Ltd. is a rising sino-foreign joint venture integrating R&D, production and sales of polymeric composite materials. It mainly produces high-quality polymeric composite shading fabrics such as sunshine fabrics, full shading fabrics, related special fabrics and so on.
The company is located in the north head of Jinghua Road, Dezhou Economic and Technological Development Zone, registered in August 2003. Its legal representative is Zhao Guohua. By December 31, 2018, it had a registered capital of RMB 48 million and total assets of RMB 154.54 million. The company is a high-tech enterprise, with polymeric sunscreen fabrics as its main product, the operating income in 2018 is RMB 115.33 million, with profit of RMB 16.45 million and various paid taxes and fees of RMB 8.78 million. Its leading products are full-shading polymeric composite fabrics and semi-shading polymer composite fabrics. Its annual production of polymer composite sunshade fabrics reaches up to 8 million square meters as a well-known brand in the international high-end market. The value of its exported products was 15.7 million USD, which ranks first in the domestic industry. It is expected that its annual sales revenue will reach RMB 150 million, with the profit of RMB 30 million and the tax revenue of RMB 10 million.
It is estimated that the annual output of polymeric sunshade fabrics will be 10 million square meters next year. The renovation and upgrading of information and automation technologies will be accelerated. Cooperation with universities and R&D institutions will be strengthened to improve innovation capability. The total of investment will be no less than RMB 200 million.
Qorvo Co., Ltd.
The current Qorvo was established on January 1, 2015 and is formed by merging RFMD and TriQuint, two long-standing semiconductor companies. RFMD was established in 1990 and listed on Nasdaq in 1997. TriQuint was founded more earlier in 1985. Qorvo is committed to providing RF（radio frequency) solutions for mobile products, infrastructure and defense communications. After RFMD and TriQuint merged, Qorvo has nearly 7,000 employees worldwide, headquartered in the United States, and has opened more than 30 branches in more than 10 countries and regions around the world. After the merger, the two companies were renamed Qorvo on Nasdaq. Currently, they have production bases in America, Europe and Asia.
The Dezhou factory was invested on in 2013, constructed in 2014, and in trial production after completion in August, 2015. It was formally opened on July 13, 2016 with a total investment of 200 million USD and an area of 76 mu. By now the investment on construction and safety totals RMB 550 million, and the investment on equipment amounts to RMB 300 million. The office building covers an area of 7,170 square meters, and the workshop occupies an area of 36,000 square meters.
The establishment of the Dezhou factory is of great significance to improving the manufacturing capacity and the output of Qorvo. Qorvo has also cooperated closely with the local government. From the beginning of the factory construction, the Dezhou municipal government and the Dezhou Economic Development Zone government have given strong support to speed up and ensure the implementation of our project and production.
ASEAN International Eco-City (Farlim Group)
ASEAN International Eco-City is a key tourism attraction project in Shandong Province in 2010, which was built by Malaysia's Farlim Holding Group at a cost of RMB 15 billion. ASEAN International Eco-City is planned to cover an area of 10 square kilometers, with a tourism and vacation experience center with ASEAN characteristics as the main part. Its supporting construction includes five-star hot spring resort hotel, ASEAN headquarters base, ASEAN commerce and trade complex, ASEAN-style commercial street, high-end international ecological health residential area, medical and health service center, ASEAN cultural center and so on. It is a comprehensive cultural tourism project integrating residence, catering, entertainment and leisure.
Shandong Farlim Tourism Development Co.,Ltd, as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Farlim Group, is responsible for development and construction of the project. The ASEAN Window, the starting area of the project, covers a total area of 260 mu, with a planned total investment of RMB 2.5 billion. The ASEAN Window takes ASEAN culture as the carrier, with emphasis on the penetration of the north-south axis as well as the connection of the east and west water systems. It is designed in an axis-symmetric layout and divided into three major cultural industry projects in the north (namely, the ASEAN Cultural Center, the Tourism Experience Center and the International Trade Center) and the ASEAN Human Settlements Demonstration Zone and the supporting ASEAN-style Commercial District in the south. The total construction area on the ground is about 300,000 square meters, and the underground area totals 100,000 square meters.
At present, the first phase of the project has been completed, and Blue Ocean Hotel Management Group has been entrusted with various preparations for the trial operation, with a cumulative investment of RMB 500 million.
Dezhou Yuanji Textile Co., Ltd.
Dezhou Yuanji Textile Co., Ltd. is located in Yunhe Economic Development Zone, Dezhou City, Shandong Province. Founded in 1993, it is a wholly foreign-owned enterprise invested on and established by Tai Yuen Textile Co., Ltd., Yulon Enterprise Group (Taiwan). With a total investment of 60.48 million USD and a registered capital of 27.9705 million USD, the company currently employs nearly 1,000 people and has 21,384 ring spinning machines, 181 PICANOL rapier looms, 18 narrow-width looms, 1 set of dyeing and finishing combined machine, two 24-strand rope dyeing lines, 1 processor, 3 shrinking machines, 3 setting machines, 1 set of mercerizing and desizing machine and other internationally advanced equipment. It is an enterprise integrating spinning, weaving, dyeing and finishing as well as post-processing. It can produce 18 million yards of high and medium-grade denim fabrics of various specifications annually.
Its products not only meet the domestic demand, but also are exported to the United States, Japan, Hong Kong, Europe and other places, well received by users. By October in 2017, its business revenue adds up to RMB 6.29 billion, with paid tax of RMB 500 million and earned foreign exchange of 520 million USD through export.
