Electronics New Materials for Superconducting Power of Shandong Yuanrui:
Mainly building 41,614 square meters of public and auxiliary facilities such as production workshop and air compressor room, and purchasing and installing 193 sets of production equipment such as foil rolling mill, roll grinder, slitting machine and full oil regeneration. The construction scale of the project is to form an annual production capacity of 100,000 tons of new power electronic materials. Up to now, the investment of RMB 400 million has been reached, 68 sets of ordered equipment have been manufactured, and the foundation of plant and equipment has been basically completed since the construction started in October 2016.
Aluminum for high-end batteries is widely used in lithium batteries and power batteries. After the completion of the project, the annual sales revenue will reach RMB 2.66 billion, the taxation of profit will reach RMB 230 million, and more than 420 new employment positions will be created.
Project for Annual Output of 50,000 Tons of Aluminum Wafer and 10,000 Tons of New Antibacterial Aluminum Packaging Materials of Shandong Qichuang:
Building 33,000m2 new production workshop, warehouse and ancillary facilities, purchasing and installing aluminum wafer production equipment such as punching production line, mesh bag annealing furnace, finishing production line and packaging line, and 4 sets of full-automatic aluminum can production line and 190 sets supporting public and auxiliary facilities.
After the project is completed and put into operation, it can realize annual sales revenue of RMB 1.1 billion and total taxation of profit of RMB 128 million, pay taxes of RMB 54.55 million, and provide 300 employment positions.
Domestic advanced processes, equipment and automatic control technologies such as punching, heat treatment, finishing, cup punching, color printing, etc. are introduced and used in the project, and the products produced have significant advantages in the same industry.
Construction Project for Annual Output of 85,000 tons of Aluminum Plates and Strips:
Purchasing and installing 60 sets of cold rolling mill, rewinder, grinder and other equipment. The project covers total area of 36,666m2, and a new workshop will be built and the total construction area is 34,198 m2. The annual output of aluminum plates and strips will reach 85,000 tons after completion. Now the project is completed basically and the equipment is being installed and debugged.
After the completion of the project, the annual sales revenue will reach RMB 1,402.5 million, the total profit will reach RMB 37.55 million, and the tax will reach RMB 30 million.
The project uses advanced production technology and technical equipment, featuring high efficiency and low consumption. The equipment has high degree of automation and precision. The produced cold rolled sheet and strip has high dimensional precision, good surface quality, uniform structure and performance. Products in various states can be obtained by matching heat treatment.
Project for Annual Output of 50,000 Tons of Copper Clad Aluminum Plate, Sheets and Strips:
The leading product of the project is copper clad aluminum plate, sheets and strips with a construction scale of 50,000 tons/year, of which 25,000 tons/year are copper clad aluminum plate, sheets and strips, 10,000 tons/year are conductive strips, 10,000 tons/year are power tools, and 5,000 tons/year are transitional strips.
The copper clad aluminum plate, sheets and strips project can replace some copper applications in the fields of electric power, decoration, solar energy and the like. It conforms to the current development direction of "saving copper with aluminum", is an updated product and has broad development prospects. The annual output value will be RMB 2.5 billion after it is completed and put into operation.
Aluminum is a good conductor, and its conductivity is second only to copper. As long as the problems of easy oxidation and high creep speed on the surface of aluminum bar are solved, the aluminum bar can be used like copper bar.
Project for Annual Output of 10,000 Fully Automatic Lightweight High-end Equipment Transport Vehicles of Shandong Sanxing Machinery Manufacturing:
The total construction area of the project is 81,890 square meters. Upon completion and production, the project will have an annual production capacity of 10,000 full-automatic lightweight high-end equipment transport vehicles, including 4,000 aluminum alloy edible oil transport semi-trailers, 3,000 aluminum alloy box/stake transport semi-trailers and 3,000 aluminum alloy van-type transport vehicles.
After the project is completed and put into operation, it can realize annual sales revenue of RMB 5.25 billion and total taxation of profit of RMB 440 million, and pay taxes of RMB 54.9101 million. The project can provide 220 employment positions.
The project uses the patented product, the overall extrusion frame structure independently developed by the company, with low density, good conductivity, strong corrosion resistance, good heat dissipation and easy processing.
Project for Annual Output of 2.5 Million Aluminum Alloy High-Grade Wheels:
Mainly building production workshop, supporting warehouse. Main equipment: Smelting furnace, holding furnace, conveying equipment, low-pressure casting machine, spin forming machine and peripheral automatic production line, heat treatment furnace, spraying line, wheel CNC automatic processing line and other general, testing and lifting transportation equipment, etc.
Demand for aluminum wheels for automobiles in China continues to grow. After the completion of the project, the annual output value is RMB 1.5 billion.
Project for Annual Output of 5,000 Aluminum Alloy Yachts
The leading product of the project is aluminum alloy yachts, with a construction scale of 5,000 yachts per year and an annual aluminum consumption of 5,000 tons.

Weiqiao Aluminum Deep Processing Industrial Park is located in the Changshan Town, Zhouping City, covering an area of 3,182 mu. Zouping, as an important aluminium industry production base in the country, is the only strategic emerging industry demonstration base in Shandong Province focusing on deep aluminum processing. At present, Zouping has an aluminum production capacity of 8 million tons, 3.66 million tons of compliant electrolytic aluminum production capacity, 5.471 million tons of crude aluminum processing capacity, and 2.835 million tons of comprehensive aluminum processing capacity such as extrusion, rolling, drawing and forging. In March 2017, Weiqiao Aluminum Deep Processing Industrial Park was formally established. According to the development plan of the park, the whole park will build a "1461" industrial system. Project for High Strength, High Toughness and High Precision Electronics New Materials for Superconducting Power of Shandong Yuanrui produces aluminum for high-end batteries that is widely used in lithium batteries and power batteries. Its main business scope is the production, processing and sales of aluminum alloy and its rolled products, aluminum wafer, aluminum packaging materials and aluminum alloy accessories.
Shandong Qichuang has annual output of 50,000 tons of aluminum wafer and 10,000 tons of new antibacterial aluminum packaging materials. It has built 33,000m2 production workshops, warehouses and ancillary facilities. It has purchased and installed aluminum wafer production equipment such as punching production line, mesh bag annealing furnace, finishing production line and packaging line, and 4 sets of full-automatic aluminum can production line and 190 sets supporting public and auxiliary facilities. After the project is completed and put into operation, it can realize annual sales revenue of RMB 1.1 billion and total taxation of profit of RMB 128 million, pay taxes of RMB 54.55 million, and provide 300 employment positions.
Domestic advanced processes, equipment and automatic control technologies such as punching, heat treatment, finishing, cup punching, color printing, etc. are introduced and used in the project, and the products produced have significant advantages in the same industry.

After the completion of Construction Project for Annual Output of 85,000 tons of Aluminum Plates and Strips, the annual sales revenue will reach RMB 1,402.5 million, the total profit will reach RMB 37.55 million, and the tax will reach RMB 30 million. The project uses advanced production technology and technical equipment, featuring high efficiency and low consumption. The equipment has high degree of automation and precision. The produced cold rolled sheet and strip has high dimensional precision, good surface quality, uniform structure and performance. Products in various states can be obtained by matching heat treatment.
The total investment is RMB 200 million, including RMB 180 million for fixed assets and RMB 20 million for working capital.

Shandong Sanxing Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. was founded in 1994, with total assets of RMB 500 million. It focuses on the research, development, design, production and sales of aluminum-magnesium alloy lightweight vehicles and grain and oil machinery equipment, and is the largest professional grain and oil processing equipment manufacturer in China.

Upon completion, the project will generate annual sales revenue of RMB 5.25 billion and total profit of RMB 440 million, and pay taxes of RMB 54.9101 million. The project can provide 220 employment positions. The project uses the patented product, the overall extrusion frame structure independently developed by the company, with low density, good conductivity, strong corrosion resistance, good heat dissipation and easy processing.
The total investment is RMB 1.32 billion, including RMB 1.21 billion for fixed assets and RMB 110 million for working capital. Sources of funds: RMB 1,056 million from bank loans and RMB 264 million from enterprises.
Binzhou Beihai High-end Aluminum Industrial Park:
Binzhou Beihai High-end Aluminum Industrial Park is located in Binzhou Beihai Economic Development Zone, east of Shugang Road and north of Kongrong Avenue.
