Appreciating the Beauty of Peony and Learning Traditional Hanfu Etiquette

  Recently, 10 international friends from Indonesia visited the Maqiao Botanical Garden in Huantai County to appreciate the beauty of peonies and learn Hanfu etiquette.

  At the Maqiao Botanical Garden, foreign friends watched the opening ceremony of the 7th Cultural and Art Festival in Maqiao Town. Accompanied by dynamic music, distinctive square dance teams perform on stage. Foreign friends were infected by the atmosphere at the scene and took out their phones to take photos.

  At the Maqiao Botanical Garden, more than 50 species of peonies are in full bloom. Under the guidance of the tour guide, foreign friends visited the peonies and took photos with their cameras.

  In the traditional cultural experience section, staff dressed in Hanfu introduced the basic styles of Hanfu and traditional Chinese etiquette to foreign friends, experiencing the vastness and profoundness of Chinese traditional culture.

  In the Intangible Cultural Heritage Exhibition Area, foreign friends have personally experienced intangible cultural heritage techniques such as dough sculpture and calligraphy, interacted enthusiastically with inheritors of intangible cultural heritage, and experienced the unique charm of traditional Chinese culture in an immersive experience. This event allowed more foreign friends to learn about the intangible cultural heritage skills of Huantai and experience the unique charm of China's excellent traditional culture.
