“China-South Korea Cultural Exchange Year: Shandong-South Korea Exchange Week” kicks off
On July 20, “China-South Korea Year of Cultural Exchanges: Shandong-South Korea Exchange Week” cultural event kicked off at Shandong Art Museum in Jinan, capital of Shandong province. Wang Xinfu, Vice Governor of Shandong province, and Jang Ha-sung, South Korean Ambassador to China, attended the opening ceremony and delivered speeches.
The “Shandong-South Korea Exchange Week” event consist of cultural exchanges and economic exchanges, which are held in Jinan and Qingdao respectively. The cultural exchanges event mainly includes “Exchange Exhibition of Modern Korean Art in China”, “Scenery Photo Exhibition of Shandong & South Korea Tourism”, “Photo and Cultural Relic Exhibition of Baekje Royal Castle and Royal Mausoleum”, and “Speeches on Shandong Culture”, giving a systematic display of the rich culture, colorful art and beautiful scenery of Shandong and South Korea ang promoting the in-depth development of cultural and tourism cooperation between Shandong and South Korea.
Chinese and foreign leaders and distinguished guests jointly cut the ribbon marking the opening of the event, and watched the “Exchange Exhibition of Modern Korean Art in China” and the “China-Korea Tourism and Culture Photo Exhibition”, and experienced Korean folk activities.
