Recently, Shandong Province issued a special fund of 200 million yuan to support the ecological protection and restoration of the Yellow River Basin in 9 cities along the Yellow River to jointly protect the ecology of the Yellow River.

To be specific, 100 million yuan is arranged for supporting the development of ecological protection and restoration project of the Yellow River Delta, the construction of the Yellow River Estuary National Park, and the healthy development of the ecosystem of the Yellow River Delta. 100 million yuan is arranged for supporting the protection and restoration of 15,000 hectares of wetland parks in other areas along the Yellow River, improve the ecological functions of wetlands, maintain biodiversity, and provide strong support for the ecological security of the Yellow River Basin.
