  赏南部美景,品特色美食。为向国际友人展现中华传统饮食文化,更好地宣传齐鲁美食,3月12日,“走读山东·感知济南”系列活动来到济南南部,来自加拿大、乌兹别克斯坦、肯尼亚等国的外国友人一起感受南部风光、品味美食,邂逅“云端”上的泉城味道。

  In order to showcase traditional Chinese food culture to international friends and promote Chinese cuisine, on March 12, the “Roaming and Reading Jinan, Shandong” series of activities invited foreign friends from countries such as Canada, Uzbekistan, and Kenya to experience the southern scenery, taste local delicacies, and encounter the taste of China on the "cloud".

  本次“云端之行”美食活动通过美食品鉴、美食论坛及厨艺观摩等流程大力弘扬齐鲁传统饮食文化,擦亮“食在山东、味在泉城”金字招牌。本次活动特邀希尔顿逸林酒店名厨张明主理,采用传统工艺与地道食材,为泉城食客精心烹制一场别具匠心且又正宗地道的美食盛宴。

  The event was specially hosted by Chef Zhang Ming from the Hilton Yilin Hotel, using traditional techniques and authentic ingredients to carefully prepare an ingenious and authentic gourmet feast for food lovers in the spring city.

  在美食活动期间,记者采访了来自土耳其并在济南创业的外国友人Nevi,他大力点赞了本次美食活动并表示“中国美食以炒为主,土耳其美食以煮为主,我也非常欢迎大家可以去土耳其,品尝当地新鲜现成的菜色”。“这是我第一次参加美食活动,对于在济南的外国友人来说美食节是非常有趣的。这样的节日对于我们来说是非常好的机会,可以展示泉城特色的美食文化,也可以介绍我的家乡美食,因为我们同样有独特且适合中国人的特色菜品。”来自泰国的苏美莲说。

  During the gourmet event, the reporter interviewed Nevi, a foreign friend from Turkey who started a business in Jinan, who praised the gourmet event and said: "Chinese cuisine is mainly stir-fried, while Turkish cuisine is mainly boiled. I also welcome everyone to go to Turkey and taste the local fresh dishes. This is my first time participating in a gourmet event, and for foreign friends in Jinan, the gourmet festival is very interesting. Such festivals are a great opportunity for us to showcase the unique food culture of Jinan and introduce the cuisine of my hometown, because we also have unique dishes that are suitable for Chinese people." Su Meilian from Thailand said.

  本次活动旨在以美食为平台促进国内外饮食文化的交流,通过举办美食活动,向国内外媒体和国际友人宣传齐鲁美食,展现齐鲁美食魅力和文化精髓,让世界认识鲁菜,让更多的外国友人来到齐鲁大地品尝中国地方特色美食,感受东西方文化碰撞带来的特别风味。

  The purpose of this event is to promote the exchange of domestic and foreign food cultures through food as a platform, and to promote Shandong cuisine to domestic and foreign media and international friends by holding gourmet events, showcasing the charm and cultural essence of Shandong cuisine, and letting the world know about Shandong cuisine.
