“人间即风味，美食即相逢”，美食流转于每个人的生命之中，是一座城市最独特的烟火气，是浪漫生活最诗意的表达。
There are different cuisines around the world, and tasting them is like spending time with people from different countries. Food plays an important role in everyone's life, is a city's most unique living atmosphere, is the most poetic expression of romantic life.
历史造特产，时间酿美食。济南有技法高超、功力深厚的鲁菜，有肥瘦相间、香而不腻的把子肉，嫩滑多汁、美味可口的黄焖鸡，外表金黄、又香又脆的油旋……还有充满人间烟火气的民族大街、芙蓉街、宽厚里、夜市……近年来，随着济南开放度、国际化程度的不断加强，来自世界各地的饮食文化也在济南不断演变，融合和创新，呈现出千姿百态的美食风貌。
History makes specialties and time makes good food. Jinan has the skillful and profound Lu Cuisine, the fatty and lean, fragrant but not greasy meat, the tender, juicy and delicious braised chicken with brown sauce, the golden and crispy Jinan—styles Scallion Roll ......, as well as the National Street, Furong Street, Kuankhouli, and the night market, which are full of living atmosphere. 5月24日，应济南国际传播中心记者邀请，来自荷兰的山东交通学院教师大勇、黄玉倩夫妇，来自乌克兰的留学生李正豪，来自越南的山东师范大学留学生蔡氏荷玲、阳兰安，来自古巴的Abel、张思家庭，以及斯里兰卡的留学生司兰亚、来自日本的友人前田俊義一同来到了位于历下区CCPARK的济南首家正宗墨西哥餐厅El Cactus卡塔斯，一同感受来自泉城的“一秒穿越到墨西哥”的文化融合魅力。
On May 24, at the invitation of Jinan International Communication Center, Dayong and his wife, Huang Yuqian, teachers from ShanDong JiaoTong University from Netherlands, Li Zhenghao, international students from Ukraine, Cai Thi Ho Ling and Yang Lan Anh, international students of Vietnam from Shandong Normal University, Abel, Zhang Si and their families from Cuba, Silanya, international students from Sri Lanka, and Maeda Junyi, friends from Japan came to El Cactus—the authentic Mexican restaurant at CCPARK in Lixia District to experience the charm of cultural fusion of Spring City and Mexico.
