Recently, the 'Chinese Cultural Corner · Nishan Library' in Paraná State, Brazil, was bustling with excitement as the cultural exchange event 'Exploring Nishan Library, Enjoying Cultural Feast,' jointly organized by Chengwu County and the Brazilian Curitiba Chinese Education, was in full swing. At the event, laughter and joy filled the air as Brazilian friends and Chinese overseas immersed themselves in the rich atmosphere of Chinese culture, experiencing the charm of Chinese culture together.

At the beginning of the event, students sat around desks, holding the classic Chinese masterpiece 'Shan Hai Jing,' which is full of fantastical elements. With vivid interpretation by Teacher Liu Yan, everyone seemed to travel through time and space, immersing themselves in the mysterious and unpredictable world of the East. As the pages turned, magnificent mythical scenes unfolded in their minds, captivating everyone present.

Next, the painting session reached a climax, turning the library into a temporary art studio with colorful brushes and various types of paper readily available. Students transformed into artists, picking up brushes to depict their interpretation of the "dragon" on paper. Some meticulously detailed the dragon's scales, while others boldly sketched its majestic figure. Each artwork encapsulated their love and respect for Chinese culture. Additionally, the event included a Chinese calligraphy experience. Under the guidance of Teacher Liu Yan, everyone meticulously wrote the character "龙" (dragon), experiencing the unique charm of Chinese characters and gaining a deeper understanding of the essence of Chinese culture.

"Through this event, I deeply felt the powerful vitality and attraction of Chinese culture. Whether through reading and sharing 'Shan Hai Jing,' or activities like painting and calligraphy, people gained a deeper understanding of Chinese culture and felt its unique charm. At the same time, I also witnessed the strong interest and enthusiasm of Brazilian friends towards Chinese culture, which further strengthened my confidence and determination in promoting Chinese culture," said Liu Yan, founder of Curitiba Chinese Education in Brazil."
