7th Plenary Session of 12th CPC Shandong Provincial Committee wraps up

　　The seventh plenary session of the12th CPC Shandong Provincial Committee was held in Jinan from August 23 to 24, 2024.

　　There are a total of 90 members and 7 alternate members of the CPC Shandong Provincial Committee in attendance at this plenary session. In addition, members of the Shandong Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection, relevant officials, and several grassroots representatives from the 12th Shandong Provincial Congress of the CPC are also present at the meeting.

　　The plenary session was presided over by the Standing Committee of the Shandong Provincial Party Committee. Lin Wu, secretary of the CPC Shandong Provincial Committee, delivered a speech.

　　The plenary session is conducted in accordance with Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era. It fully implemented the spirit of the third plenary session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and thoroughly implemented General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important speech during his inspection in Shandong. The plenary session listened to and discussed the work report made by Lin Wu on behalf ofthe Standing Committee of the Shandong Provincial Party Committee. The document Opinions of the CPC Shandong Provincial Committee on Being the Vanguard in Further Deepening Reform by Thoroughly Implementing the Spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China was deliberated and adopted, and Lin Wu provided an explanation of the draft of the Opinions to the plenary session.
