The horse faced skirt, also known as the "horse faced pleated skirt", is one of the main styles of women's skirts in ancient China. There are four skirt doors at the front, back, inside, and outside, which overlap in pairs. The outer skirt door is decorated, while the inner skirt door has less or no decoration. The side of the horse faced skirt is pleated, and the waist of the skirt is mostly made of white cloth, symbolizing the idea of growing old together with a white head. It is secured with ropes or buttons. Recently, Zhang Hao, an overseas cultural ambassador from Dongming County, Heze City, brought the "horse face skirt" to Oryol State Technical University in Russia, allowing foreign friends to experience the charm of traditional Chinese culture up close.

At the event, overseas cultural ambassador Zhang Hao not only demonstrated the wearing techniques and matching methods of horse faced skirts to foreign friends, but also introduced the historical origins, cultural connotations, and production techniques of horse faced skirts to international friends. International friends expressed that through the event, they gained a deeper understanding of the culture of horse faced skirts and had a greater love and respect for traditional Chinese culture.

At the event, a fan with peony elements, personally painted by teacher Dai Baoyin from Dongming County Art Museum, was also presented to foreign friends. Overseas cultural ambassador Zhang Hao introduced it to international friends: "Peony is a specialty of Heze City, Shandong Province, and a national geographical indication product of China. The planting of peonies in Heze has a long history, starting from the Sui Dynasty, flourishing in the Tang and Song Dynasties, and flourishing in the Ming and Qing Dynasties, with a history of more than 1400 years. There are many types of peonies in Heze, with 9 color series, 10 flower types, and 1280 varieties for viewing. The number of cultivated new varieties accounts for 80% of the total in China, and is known for its large flowers, beautiful shapes, and bright colors. I sincerely invite everyone to come to Heze to admire peonies

Alikosai, a student from Russia's Orel State University who participated in the event, said: "Through today's learning and experience, I personally felt the charm of the Chinese traditional festival Mid-Autumn Festival. Through these activities, I have a deeper understanding of the Mid-Autumn Festival."

Alfred, a student from the Russian National University of Orel, said: "Thank you for giving us this opportunity to get in touch with China's Mid-Autumn Festival. Chinese mooncakes are so delicious and have such a beautiful meaning. I will participate in the next event."
