Special exhibits in Mudan District build a bridge for cooperation between East Africa

  Recently, the delegation from Mudan District, Heze City attended an international exhibition in Kenya. Mute, Acting CEO of the Kenya National Chamber of Commerce and Industry, received the delegation from Mudan District, Heze City, China at the headquarters of KNCCI in Nairobi. The delegation focused on fields such as beauty, chemicals, tourism, and health, exploring cooperation opportunities with local enterprises. As a member of the delegation, Huanggang Town in Mudan District organized two local enterprises to participate in the Heze Foreign Trade Quality Products (Kenya) Precision Procurement Fair. By showcasing characteristic products, they promoted diversified development of the Mudan industry and explored new pathways for East African foreign trade.

  As an economic hub in East Africa, Kenya's capital Nairobi serves as the core of regional trade circulation and a crucial node for international cooperation, boasting strong market influence and vast development potential. Huanggang Town, leveraging its local characteristic resources, showcased a series of products including peony seed oil, peony cosmetics, and peony handicrafts at this event. With their dual attributes of practical value and cultural heritage, these products garnered widespread attention from local buyers and residents, becoming a shining showcase of the vitality of China's distinctive local industries at the exhibition.

  At the exhibition, Hou Dongli, Party Secretary of Huanggang Town, engaged in discussions with local businesses and shared insights into the development and innovations of the peony industry. He stated: "Through this event, we aim to introduce peony products to people across Kenya and East Africa while exploring new collaboration opportunities to jointly expand market reach."
