As the autumn breeze sweeps across the fields of Wanglu Town in Yutai County, an artistic feast on the land is quietly reaching its prime viewing season. From an elevated vantage point, purple, yellow, green, and white rice seedlings appear meticulously blended by nature’s palette, sketching a vast masterpiece across the fertile land. The layered, interwoven colors stretch like an exquisitely embroidered tapestry, firmly embedded in the soil, with every detail radiating vitality. The breathtaking scene invites visitors to pause in awe, immersing themselves in this unique pastoral poetry.

This rice field artwork is a form of "living art" meticulously created by local farmers using grid technology. By skillfully combining four varieties of rice, they achieve both stunning visual effects and ensure robust grain yields. As the seasons shift, the waves of rice transition from green to gold, and the colors of the canvas continuously evolve, vividly portraying the agricultural beauty of "spring blossoms and autumn harvests."

Nestled along the western shore of Weishan Lake, Yutai County cultivates approximately 300,000 acres of rice annually. Today, leveraging "rice field art" as a medium, the county is driving the transformation of traditional agriculture into tourism and creative agriculture, paving a new path toward ecological prosperity.
